Do you provide your own water?
No. It is common in the industry to use the client’s water to save them money. All quotes and prices listed are for jobs where we use the client’s water. However, we can provide our own water for an additional fee.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. We don’t pressure wash roofs because that would shorten the lifespan of the roof and may even damage it. Instead, we use a soft wash system where our special blend of chemicals do the cleaning.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We do.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with our work, we want to know about it. Whatever it is, we will do our best to make things right.
Do you use chemicals?
We don’t always use chemicals, but we usually do use a variety of chemicals to do the best job possible. We go through great lengths to protect the plants around your house when we’re cleaning your property with chemicals.
However, if you don’t want us to use any chemicals for your project please let us know. Water alone can do a great job in many cases.
